"I bequeath to Northcott Disability Services [ABN 87 302 064 152], 1 Fennel Street, North Parramatta, NSW, free of all taxes and other deductions, X% of the residue of my estate and I declare that the receipt of the Company Secretary or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees for the said bequest."
Percentage
"I bequeath to Northcott Disability Services [ABN 87 302 064 152], 1 Fennel Street, North Parramatta, NSW, free of all taxes and other deductions, X% of my estate and I declare that the receipt of the Company Secretary or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees for the said bequest."
Pecuniary
"I bequeath to Northcott Disability Services [ABN 87 302 064 152], 1 Fennel Street, North Parramatta, NSW, free of all taxes and other deductions the sum of $X and I declare that the receipt of the Company Secretary or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees for the said bequest."
Specific Asset
"I bequeath my X (asset) to Northcott Disability Services [ABN 87 302 064 152], 1 Fennel Street, North Parramatta, NSW, free of all taxes and other deductions and I declare that the receipt of the Company Secretary or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees for the said bequest."
